Betsy is certified by Equissage in Round Hill, Virginia. Equissage was created in 1989 by the pioneer of horse massage, Mary Schreiber. Mary and her techniques have appeared in Sports Illustrated, Practical Horseman, and Equus.  Equissage has also certified over 20,000 Equine and Companion Massage Therapists from every state in the US and 20 countries around the world.

Betsy graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor in Veterinary Technology and has an extensive background in equine and canine care, management.
